FOUR PILLAR EDUCATION

My opinion about ordunez opinion

            Looking the happened phenomenon about indolence an education process. We can’t look for one side to compare of advance bank sector, but we  should be look from all component of advance education sector because education is large. In bank sector, a bank develop or not depend on a costumer so, we should be increase of quality and should be balanced with quality and professional employer. With way, look for the employer which appropriate with their sector,

. this matter will be compare with education sector. This  matter will be compare with  education sector, that education is universal, so that an education  process needs long time process. A teacher  can’t  applicate  of system  which hoped by   each unit education. Education should be also refered a curriculum which is decided  by government.  and the curriculum  which applicate should be relevant with people’s necessary. So my opinion between  bank sector and education sector. They have correlation, this is can be look from reality  however the bank employer which  have been quality will be there if they have good skill. It is can be get from   education  quality.

Four pillar education

1.    Learning to know

Student demand to study actively. Its mean, beside student gets material from teacher, student should be look for material from another source. Because, teacher just as fasilitator and  teacher should be give stimulate to student to individual study

2.    Learning to do

On this  learning, more inclined to student, how they can optimalitation science which  have got for they have learned and applicate  in real world

3.    Learning to be

The reality,  human was born, has had potential. It is named talent. there are many talent. Like art. Sport, entertain, et cetera. On this method. Student should be get learning opportunity based on each talent

4.    Learning to live together

On this method, more emphasize to student, to learn positif  interaction  with their  environment. The student which have education will be different with student doesn’t  have education. For example, when they do interaction with people, how they speak with people,  how they  speak with people, etcetera

How to implication of English language in learning process.

The realization education programe English language, should be appropriate with  student condition. And as a professional  teacher, should be have trick or method which relevant of applicate  with   student character and education. This method , like :

1.    Mastering material

A teacher should be mastering material which will be teacher

2.    Transfering material

On transferring material to student, should be understanding of learn condition

3.    Giving positif stimulate

Teacher should be stimulate student to individual study with their friend

4.    Giving an assignment

Teacher always gives  material which correlation with teathed to student.
